Lots of entrepreneurs that I speak to spend a lot of time "being busy." They're attending meetings, answering emails and a ton of activity that fills up their schedule. Before we get to the "Magic Move," we have to first acknowledge that as an Entrepreneur you should always be striving to work on your business rather than just in your business. You open up the energy around this by setting up systems. This approach allows you to be set up for growth and actually implement all those fabulous ideas you have. For example, if you're an acupuncturist instead of only treating patients all day you can explore ways to treat and reach more people at once-leveraging your time and your income. Strong systems in your business operations will create that space. I have entrepreneurs I coach who either set up or strengthen their systems as a must. For the sake of this article, we accept that as a given. Now, step into the magic move-the one that has you in joy with everything you're doing, rather than just trying to catch your breath and stay one step ahead (or filing you your time with "stuff" because you secretly feel lost about what to do next).

Often, I've found that even when you have the tightest of systems, you can find yourself feeling like something is missing. Your energy is a bit blah and you don't feel jazzed to create. Traditional business doesn't operate from a place of stillness. The battle cry is, "if you're not in motion, you're losing money!" Meanwhile, money is being left on the table everywhere because folks are rushing by and too busy to see it. Even all the latest buzz about the Law of Attraction is filled with insistence to, "use this tool, this exercise, this strategy." Be sure to understand, these are very helpful, but the point of them is often lost; to bring us to that deep place of knowing that comes from being able to be.

Every time I've coached a client around this magic move more money has appeared. I have one client who just created $4,500 in a half day. The inspiration to pursue this means would never have appeared had she just still been going, going, going. It works.

I believe one of the obstacles that keep people from succeeding is one very basic fear:

The fear of making big money.

Not just fear of making money... but the big moolah.

If you don't think that is a fear that is stopping you then you analyze those rich people closely.

Some of them feared making money because their parents were not high earners. If they made more money than their Father, they reasoned, what kind of son or daughter would they be?

Others fear that making big money would 'change' them somehow and they would not be the same person anymore- the same person that people know, love and care for.

True story:

I have a friend whose friends are no longer close to her anymore because she has grown to be more successful than them. She has become a 'bigger' person now.

They start to pick on her like...

"She thinks she's the only person busy with her work."

The truth is... she is BUSY with her work and building a strong financial support but her friends don't have that kind of being busy privilege.

And they'll look for her weaknesses to find chances to pick on her.

Are her friends bad? Not really. They're just reacting towards 'change'. Instead of responding, they're reacting.

They'll feel...

"She's not the same person anymore."

Yes, she chanced to be better and wiser.

So if she changes to be more successful, she'll fear that her friends might not like her they way they used to.

That's just one example.

The fear of making big money is REAL. It's in your mind and the only thing that is moving you is YOUR MIND.

However, you may not believe you are influenced by this fear because it sounds really silly.

But think about it for a minute.

Maybe what you really fear is 'change'... and if you made big money it would change you and your life.

That is why most lottery 'millionaires' end up spending or losing most of their winnings a year or so after they've won... they seek 'normal' lives again where nothing ever changes.

Why I Cant See My Adsense Ads

Why you cant see adsense ads on your browser? I got this problem before and try to find how to enable it. I try google forum and any site but i didnt find any solution. Then i try to fixed this problem by myself. When i thinking my anti-virus disable it then i open my anti-virus setting and found anti-banner checked. Unchecked it apply click ok refresh my tool bar and found everthing back to normal.

A good place is wherever a reader's eye naturally falls. Your hot-spots will be left and top for the most part.

5. Keep your private life off your page.

On a blog, this can be tough. The personal nature of a frequently updated and commented upon site tends to encourage a 'lets get to know you' attitude. And, this is what we, as bloggers, want. The occasional insert of an anecdote involving your kids is OK, in fact it may be very useful for making readers feel like they are a part of your inner-circle, increasing reader loyalty.

On the other hand, a site focused on Laptops and Notebooks will not do well if every story involves the site owner's dog stories. Likewise, a business site will suffer if the owner makes us all gag with his continual references to how in love he is. This is not to say we don't all love our families, but c'mon, get a personal blog and put that stuff there. If I wanna hear about your lovely family I'll click that link in your sidebar.

6. Keep Your Promises

If you say you're coming out with an update on June 7, come out with your update on June 7. Barring that, at least come out with an apology explaining the circumstances and when the update will be available.

If you say you're giving away 20 free T-shirts, give away the shirts.

If you promise an exclusive story on XBox 360, darnit, give us a story on XBox 360.

7. Stay tightly within your niche.

This is probably the most difficult one for many of us. In this world topics overlap and features stories are interrelated, oftentimes. However, when someone comes to your gadget blog, they don't want to hear your rant against the President or how Sean Penn is a dork. Stay on target. You'll keep your keywords within your targeted niche for search engines, Adsense, etc. and you'll also prevent ticking your readers off.

8. Watch your language.

You never know how conservative your readers are until you make one mad by writing like you're an adult bookstore owner. If your target audience aren't porn addicts, don't discuss your subject matter in an adult fashion. Keep it clean pal.

9. Avoid annoying your audience.

Don't make use of annoying site techniques. These include, but are not limited to: auto-refresh, not allowing your users to utilize the back-button, ad pop-ups, making every link in your site pop-up into a new window, flashing text, scrolling text, music, etc.

10. Think with the end in mind.

What I mean by using this popular phrase here is keep your hopes, dreams, plans, and purposes for your site in your mind with every decision you make. All your posts are available for editing on the Posting | Edit Posts tab, or by clicking the "Manage Posts" link on your dashboard.

You can use the search box to filter the list for posts containing particular words. You'll also see a list of any labels you're using. Clicking on a label in this list will show you only posts with that label.

On the right side of the list there are a few other options that may help you. You can change the number of posts displayed, or just scroll back in time through the chronological list. There are also links to display only drafts, or only published posts.

Note: You can use Quick Edit links to edit your posts directly from your archives. This is the easiest option for finding and editing old posts from particular dates.

What is a URL?

A URL is the location of a file on the web. Some examples of URLs include http://www.blogger.com/, or http://myblog.blogspot.com/. The URL you select will be used by visitors, or yourself, to access your blog.

During the blog creation process you will be asked to select a URL for your blog if you want it hosted on Blog*Spot. Since there are already a large number of Blog*Spot blogs, you'll need to get creative and possibly try a few different ones before you find one that's available. One thing to note when selecting your blog's URL is that hyphens (also know as dashes, - ) are the only non-alphanumeric characters allowed. Spaces aren't permitted, nor are underscores (_) or any other special characters.

On Step 3, you can choose a template for your blog; this is how it will appear when you publish it. Next, Blogger will create your new blog and reserve your spot on BlogSpot. As soon as you make your first post, your page will appear at the address you chose. You're all ready to blog!

Obviously, you want to increase your site's relevancy, right? Good. That's the goal here: to make sure you start building the right kind of links for your site in order to improve your search-engine results.

To this day, the best way to build links is still doing it by hand. Here are the steps you should follow when building links:

1. Set a goal.

Link building takes a lot of time, but it is very effective and easy to do, so you want to keep at it. Set a goal for the number of links you want as a way to stay motivated through the process.

Depending on the sites you ask and your approach, your results will vary. But a general rule of thumb is to set your linking goal at four-to-six times higher than the number of links you actually want to receive. You need to set your goal higher because most sites will not want to trade links, for various reasons.

2. Make sure your site is worth a link.

This means your site must offer something of value to entice other sites to link to yours.

If all your site does is sell products or services, you need to get busy creating some additional linkable content. Examples of linkable content include how-to articles, product reviews, tools, tips and so on. Creating content can be tough, but if you don't have some on your site already, you've got to do it. Adding linkable content not only will encourage others to link to your site, but it will improve the overall quality of your site for your visitors.

Make it easy on yourself by writing about something you know that relates to your site. This column is a perfect example. It teaches without trying to sell something. The best part of creating linkable content is that if you do it well enough, you will find that people will link to your site without you even asking, and that's the easiest way to build links.

You're not a writer? You can always add free tools or free downloads. Also, consider creating a links page prior to requesting a link trade with a site. You can usually expect a better reception from a potential link partner if they can see where you will place the link to their site.

3. Determine the type of sites you want to trade links with.

This takes some thought. You need to figure out all of the different types of sites that could potentially trade links with you. Focus on sites that are related to your target market.

Here's a good example:

I worked on a site that sold sunglasses, so I approached sites that sold swimsuits and tanning lotions, but not sunglasses. Once we accumulated links from those sites, we then developed a section of our site on eye protection and asked for links from all of the sites we could find that addressed eye protection. In the end, we significantly increased the number of links to our site from other sites in our target market. Plus, we added about 10 additional pages of content to our site that our visitors enjoyed and we continue to link to. This helps significantly in search-engine placements.

4. Get equipped to evaluate your link partners.

To make the most of your efforts, you don't want to spend too much time going after links from sites that the search engines don't think are valuable. While it isn't perfect, the Google Toolbar can help you decide which sites are quality link partners and which aren't. The toolbar integrates with your Web browser. It helps you by displaying the "page rank" of each site you visit. Put simply, page rank is a rough indicator of what Google thinks of a site. You can rest assured that if Google thinks it is a good site, it probably is. The higher a page ranks the better. One strategy is to try to link up with sites that have pages ranked as high as or higher than your own.

5. Locate quality link partners.

There are many ways to find link partners, but the easiest way to find quality link partners quickly is to start at Open Directory and Yahoo!. Open Directory and Yahoo! are good places to start for three reasons:

These directories are both so difficult to get listed in that each potential link partner you find there is likely to be of a higher quality than those you would find elsewhere.

Yahoo! and Open Directory greatly boost a site's link popularity when they list a site. Your site will receive a little bit of that boost each time someone from one of those directories links to you.

The links you build don't help your link popularity in the search engines unless the engines know about the link. The search engines crawl the sites listed in Yahoo! and Open Directory on a regular basis, so by starting your linking campaign here you can be sure the search engines will find you new links quickly.

To find partners, simply start searching for terms that are related to the types of link partners you decided are best (step No. 3 above). While surfing your potential partner's Web site, keep your eye on their page rank (step No. 4).

6. Organize your findings.

Again, there are many ways to do this, but it's always a good idea to keep it simple. Use a spreadsheet to keep track of the following:

Full name of site owner or Webmaster.
E-mail address of the site owner or Webmaster.
Home page URL of link partner.
URL of the page where you think your link belongs and why you think it belongs there.
Page rank of the page where you think your link belongs.
Something unique that you liked about the site.
Date of initial link request.

For many sites, much of this information will not be available, but you should try to find as much of it as you can.

7. Prepare for contact.

Now that you have a list of potential link partners, go through the list and send a custom e-mail to each one requesting that you trade links. Do not send a generic e-mail requesting a link; it will not get a response. Your link request should mention the following, most of which comes from your spreadsheet (step No. 4):

Something you liked about their site; compliments go a long way.
Why you think your link belongs on their site.
The URL to exactly where you think your link fits on their site.
The URL of where you'll be placing their link on your site.
How you would like them to link to you. Provide a sample link and description. The easier you make it, the more likely they will post it.

8. Check for links.

When building links, you are dealing with real people, so it can take some time. You may need to wait a month or longer before checking to see if anyone has linked to your site from your new partner. Usually it is best to do this step by hand, but you can use a link popularity tool if you have a lot to check.

9. Follow up with the cream of the crop.

Once a month has passed, follow up with each site that hasn't linked to you yet. Save time and only follow up with the cream of the crop — those in your spreadsheet with the highest page ranks.

10. Set a schedule.

You will find it easier to keep building links if you put yourself on some sort of link-building schedule. Consider doing a certain small amount (30 to 60 minutes) of link building each day. It will help prevent burnout, which is inevitable if you try to do your entire campaign in a couple of days.

For Grant Smith, blogging makes a world of sense on a number of levels. Smith operates FirstStream, a Santa Cruz, Calif., provider of streaming video e-mail and related video communications products. Since many prospective clients might know precious little about video e-mail, Smith says his blog is a natural way to lay out specifics.

"I began blogging to get established in the technology," Smith says. "It can have a positive impact for business. Readers are always looking for more ways to find out information about companies and for ways to interact."

That, in turn, can lead to a more informed customer and a more time-effective sales process. Rather than your taking the time to pitch your product or service to a client who may not need it, a blog supplants you as an information source. If a prospect contacts you with an urge to do business, great. If not, you've wasted no time in explaining something that generates nothing in return.

2. Improve your search engine rankings.

Blogging also puts you in touch with prospects in other ways. As any company with a position on the Internet realizes, hits via Google, MSN and other search engines can provide a groundswell of leads. Blogs can add further leverage to the frequency with which search vehicles identify you and your company, particularly if your blog allows readers to post a response.

"Blogs, if done properly, have a tremendous benefit vis-à-vis search engines," says Brad Fallon, president of SEO Research, a search engine marketing firm in Atlanta. "Search engines tend to prefer bigger Web sites, for several reasons beyond the scope. With blogs that allow comments, every new post and every new comment becomes an additional Web page filled with additional keywords to be picked up by the search engine spiders."

3. Position yourself as an expert in an industry or field.

Blogging also can also prove an implicitly effective marketing tool to establish yourself as an authority in your field. Not only can that generate leads, it also sends a positive buzz about your credentials through the marketplace.

"My blog has generated massive traffic and lead flow," says David L. Carpe of Clew, a Lexington, Mass., consulting concern. "But it also serves as a stamp, furthering my credibility as a real research wonk. It also generates many leads and inquiries, some of which are actionable proposals, others pure networking contacts."

Blogging also addresses other needs, some of which supersede simple profit motive. For instance, doctors and other health-care providers are reportedly using blogs to vent their frustration about everything from malpractice suits to public misconceptions about health care. That sort of emotional catharsis carries over into other areas. In September 2004, blogs were filled with remembrances about where people were and what they were doing when the first airliner struck the World Trade Center towers on 9/11.

4. Influence public opinion.

Blogging also allows users to bypass traditional journalistic venues and, in effect, become a publisher of their own thoughts and viewpoints. For Steve Rubel, vice president of client services at CooperKatz & Co., a New York public relations firm, they're also fast becoming a powerful influence on public opinion.

"Blogs have evolved into legitimate alternative sources of news on niche and micro-niche topics," Rubel says. "Anyone with a passion and dedication could become an amateur journalist. I feel some of these sites — in aggregate — are having just as much sway on public opinion as larger, more established media brands."

5. Engage in a forum openly with your customers.

Just as important, blogs that solicit reader comments can provide a sense of immediacy with your customers. In one respect, that's a ready source of feedback on what you're doing right and what you need to polish. Even better, it can also prove an ample supply of marketing muscle.

"My blog provides a forum for customers to give feedback after plunking their money down," says Fallon. "The result? While the normal market is lucky to have one-half of 1% of customers send an unsolicited testimonial, I have already collected glowing testimonials from over 15% of my customers."

Lastly, blogs offer a means to access one of the most human of needs — the desire to communicate. And, whether that's on a personal or professional level, that can prove every bit as enjoyable as it is profitable. As Fallon puts it: "I like to hear myself talk as much as anyone."

1. Never click your own adsense ads or get them clicked for whatever reason.

Do not disclose confidential information about your account like the CTR, CPM and income derived via individual ad units or any other confidential information they may reveal to you. However, you may reveal the total money you make as per recent updates to the TOS.

5. Do not run search services on the same site.

Never use other competitive search tools on the same pages which have Adsense powered Google search. They do allow affiliate or limited-text links.

6. Label headings as “sponsored links” or “advertisements” only.

Other labels are not allowed. I have seen many sites label ads with other titles. Dont make your site a target in a few seconds gaze.

7. Never launch a New Page for clicked ads by default.

Adsense ads should open on the same page. You may be using a base target tag to open all links in a new window or frame by default. Correct it now as they do not want new pages opening from clicked ads.

8. One Account suffices for Multiple websites.

You do not need to create 5 accounts for 5 different websites. One account will do. If you live in the fear that if one account is closed down for violation of TOS, believe me they will close all accounts when they find out. You can keep track of clicks by using channels with real time statistics. They will automatically detect the new site and display relevant ads.

9. Do not mask ad elements.

Alteration of colours and border is a facility to blend or contrast ads as per your site requirements. I have seen many sites where the url part is of the same colour as the background. While blending the ad with your site is a good idea, hiding relevant components of the ads is not allowed. Also do not block the visibility of ads by overlapping images, pop ups, tables etc.

10. Place ads only on Content Pages.

Advertisers pay only for content based ads. Content drives relevant ads. Although you might manage some clicks from error, login, registration, “thank you” or welcome pages, parking pages or pop ups, it will get you out of the program.

11. Do not send your ads by email.

Html formatted emails look good and allow placement of these javascript ads. But it is not allowed as per TOS. You do not want impressions registering on their logs from any email even once. They are watching!

12. Keep track of your content.

So Adsense is not allowed on several non content pages. But it is also not allowed on several content pages too. Do not add it on web pages with MP3, Video, News Groups, and Image Results. Also exclude any pornographic, hate-related, violent, or illegal content.

13. Do not alter the results after ad clicks or searches

Ensure you are not in any way altering the site which the user reaches to after clicking the ads. Do not frame, minimize, remove, redirect or otherwise inhibit the full and complete display of any Advertiser Page or Search Results Page after the user clicks on any Ad or Search results.

14. Avoid excessive advertising and keyword stuffing.

Although the definition of ‘excessive’ is a gray area and is subject to discretion, yet Google adsense with correct placement, focused content and high traffic will get you much more income than other programs, so excessive advertising is not required. Keyword stuffing does target better focused ads, but overdoing it is not required.

15. Maximum 2 referral button per product per page.

With the launch of the google adsense referral program, you are allowed to put only 2 referral buttons for adsense referral, adwords referral, Google pack and Firefox with google toolbar referral.

16. Ensure you Language is Supported.

Adsense supports “Chinese (simplified), Japanese, Danish, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, English, Polish, Finnish, Portuguese, French, Russian, German, Spanish, Hungarian, Swedish, Italian and Turkish”. In addition, AdSense for search is available in Czech, Slovak, and Traditional Chinese. If your web pages language is not supported, do not use the code on such pages.

17. Do not confuse with adjacent images.

It was a common policy to increase CTR by placing same number of images as the number of text ads, which falsely gave the impression that the text ads represented an explanation to these images. Inserting a small space or a line between the images and ads is not allowed. Make sure that the ads and images are not arranged in a way that could easily mislead or confuse your visitors.

18. Do not specify Google ads as your alternate ads.

Why We Don't Need To Block Low Paying Ads?

In this article, I want to give my opinion about low paying ads or usually called MFA site by AdsBlacklist.

Every publisher in AdSense should know that they may use Competitive Ad Filter inside their account to filter unwanted ads being displayed at their site. Actually, this feature only used for filtering the competitor ads displayed at a site. But, as the time goes on, Competitive Ad Filter is being used for blocking some site that estimated has low bid in AdWord. For example, some MFA site “usually” make low bid at AdWord. Then many webmaster try wipes them out from internet and hoping better revenue from other advertisers who make higher bid at AdWord.

Did it works? Unfortunately not…

Blocking low paying ads and hope your earning increase is not always the best choice. Based on my experience in AdSense (almost 4 years), many research I’ve been done at that Competitive Ad Filter and I’ve found that blocking the poor ads is useless. Frankly, my earnings always higher when there are no blocked URL at Competitive Ad Filter box.

However, you can use your Competitive Ad Filter to block your competitor ads. But you should not block the low paying ads. There are 4 reasons why you should not using Competitive Ad Filter to block low paying ads:

Low paying ads with higher CTR rather than usual ads.

For example:

Advertiser A make a bid at AdWord for ads A = $0.01 per click
Advertiser B make a bid at AdWord for ads B = $0.1 per click
Advertiser A is a great marketer and knows better about the advertisement methods so their ads can attract visitors for clicking the ads. (High CTR)
Advertiser B is a common advertiser and fills the ads with usual words inside their ads. That will make the ads has no interest point for visitors. (Low CTR)
Which one do you choose? High CTR or Low CTR? Actually, I will choose ads A since it will generate more click rather than ads B.

Advertisers make multiple bidding prices at AdWord for the same sites/pages.

For example:

Advertiser A make a bid at AdWord for keyword “dog” = $0.01 per click
Advertiser A make a bid at AdWord for keyword “pet” = $1 per click
Advertiser A make a bid at AdWord for keyword “store” = $5 per click
Both of those bids are redirected to his “pet-store” website.
Still want to block that “pet-store” website at your filtering list? I don’t think so…

Advertisers increase their bidding price in AdWord.

Advertisers usually considering increase their bids in AdWord depend on many factors such as:

* Seasonal (Christmas, Championship, etc.)
* Hoping better ROI
* Link sequence at ad block
* etc.

Limited ads for your keywords

If there are only few ads in AdWord’s inventory for your keywords and most of those ads are paying low, what will be happened if you’re about blocking all of those ads? Yup, that’s right…. unrelated ads or even PSA will be displayed at your site.

For additional, there’s one think you have to consider about blocking and filtering Low Paying Ads. As I’ve been told in the previous time…. Most of Low Paying Ads are created by owners of MFA sites. Let me tell you a little story about it:

As he knew that he won’t find anything on that MFA site, he hit the back button at his browser and get back to your site. He chooses another interesting ad… Click! Finally he’s found the information as he wanted.

So, what is the conclusion for that story?

Yup, you’re right again…. MFA sites actually can double your income in AdSense although most of you didn’t realize….

Don’t worry about invalid click; Google’s algorithm is smarter than you ever think. Two clicks inside the story above won’t be categorized as fraud or invalid click.

I won’t close my eyes and my ears. I’ve seen and hear there are many publishers get their income increases when using Competitive Ad Filter. So, it’s all depends on you….

The most important thing you should know when using the features, watch your AdSense stats carefully. High eCPM can’t guarantee that your filtering is works. Focus on CTR of your site before and after blocking/filtering. If your CTR is higher, then keep using Competitive Ad Filter for blocking. If your CTR is drop, then make your Competitive Ad Filter empty and you should not block Low Paying Ads.

Designing for Dollars

-Extend your reach with AdLinks. When you sign up for AdSense, you also have the opportunity to display AdLinks. These are text links that take your visitor to a page of AdSense ads when clicked. The text links are related to the topics on your site, just like AdSense ads, but you get more of them and they might cover a wider range of relevant topics.

"Phishing" is a particularly popular scam where a party tricks a user into providing a username and password or other personal information necessary to commit identity theft. The most common requested information is a Social Security number, bank account number, PIN number, credit card number, or mother's maiden name.

In many cases, this party creates an official-looking web page that asks for this information. Users will often receive a link to this phishing page via an email which claims to come from an official-looking (but likely forged) address. Given the nature of the web, it's easy to stumble upon these fraudulent websites by following links that you find in your email, on the web, or in IM messages.

Google Safe Browsing is a feature of the Google Toolbar for Firefox that alerts you if a webpage you're visiting appears to be asking for your personal or financial information under false pretenses.

Utilizing Google technology with reports about misleading pages from a number of sources, Safe Browsing is often able to automatically warn you when you encounter a suspicious page.

If you're running Firefox 1.5 and would like to activate the Safe Browsing feature, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Options" button located on the Toolbar.
2. Under the "Browsing" tab, check the box next to "Safe Browsing."
3. Click on the "Safe Browsing Settings" button to configure your level of protection and click "OK" to apply the setting.

If you're running Firefox 2, Google Safe Browsing is incorporated into your Firefox Options menu. Please visit http://www.google.com/support/firefox/bin/answer.py?answer=54383 for instructions to enable it.

In order to detect whether a page is requesting your personal information, the Safe Browsing feature sends information about the site you're visiting to Google.

How can I recognize a phishing page? How can I report it to Google to improve Safe Browsing?

The best thing to do is to check the page's URL to make sure it's actually controlled by the party represented. The key part of the URL is between the "http://" and the next slash ("/") or the end of the URL. This is the part of the URL that indicates the owner of the site.

A typical URL for Google looks like the following:

http://www.google.com

In some cases, URLs will be a bit more complex; be sure to check the name listed immediately to the left of the top level domain (.com, .net, co., uk, etc.). For instance, http://www.google.com, http://news.google.com and http://www.google.com/firefox/ are all part of the same site.

However, google.com.fraudulentdomain.com/login.html is NOT! Neither is www.g00gle.com (note that in this URL, the letter o is replaced by the number 0).

Tip: Since a forged URL can look very similar to a genuine one, it's safer to use a bookmark you've created or to type the URL into the location bar by hand instead of following links from your email. This is important for any page where you're asked to log in or provide private information.

If you find a page that you believe is pretending to be another page in an attempt to steal users' information, Please report it to google.

Protected From Viruses or Scumware?

Does the Safe Browsing feature of the Toolbar protect me from viruses or scumware?

Google Safe Browsing only protects against phishing attacks, and even for those it can't offer foolproof protection (although we're working on it). You still need to watch out for all the other bad things that can happen on the wild, wild web.

What is the Enhanced Protection feature of Google Safe Browsing?

When you enable Enhanced Protection, the Google Safe Browsing feature of the Toolbar for Firefox will provide more up-to date protection by securely transmitting the entire URL of the site that you're visiting to Google for evaluation.

In addition, a very condensed version of the page's content may be sent to compare similarities between authentic and forged pages. For example, if the condensed "fingerprint" of the page you're visiting matches the "fingerprint" of a popular bank's site but the page's URL is different, that's a good sign that the page you are on is designed to mislead users.

If you disable Enhanced Protection, no information about the pages you visit will be sent to Google unless you visit a page Google Safe Browsing identifies as potentially unsafe. In this case, we will only send the action you choose to take to help refine our anti-phishing algorithms. Please note that enabling Enhanced Protection gives the Google Safe Browsing feature access to the most up-to-date fraud information about each page you visit.

Learning Or Losing

Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as an educated person. You are either learning or you are not. In today’s world, it is vitally important that you see the truth in Eric Hoffer’s statement. The win or loss, which is waiting in the wings for every person, is enormous. You get to choose which you will experience.

Examine what Mr. Hoffer said. There are two obvious parts to his statement. The first part is very clear; how well it is understood is another subject: “The learners will inherit the earth.”

That’s pretty straightforward. I want to come back and elaborate on that statement because it is exciting, full of promise and possibility. However it would probably be wise to look at the second part of his advice first. Then, if you happen to fall into the category Eric Hoffer referred to, you can change your situation and win: “The learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”

In virtually every country of the world you can find individuals, thousands of them, walking the streets with degrees in their hands… degrees from prestigious universities. They cannot find work. Why? These individuals view the conditions and circumstances which surround them as very frightening. They are the people who Eric Hoffer referred to who “are beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”

Look around, the world is definitely changing, and it will never be the same again. Power is slipping away and disappearing from some circles and reappearing in others. Countries, companies and individuals who have held the power in the past are quickly losing it, if in fact, they have not already watched it melt in their hands.

Their often smug, sometimes selfish, domineering, complacent attitude has cost them dearly. They are confused and this confusion is frequently fueled by their own ignorance. When that happens it ultimately leads to anger or resentment – sometimes both. This negative energy is then quite frequently misdirected, possibly at their loved ones, which then causes an entirely new set of problems.

These people are clutched by an unseen enemy and their frustration is endless because they are not sure what has happened or what is happening. Their world seems to be turning upside down.

The entire world is in the midst of a paradigm shift, which is unprecedented. There have been transitions in the past but nothing to equal what we are presently experiencing. The world is moving from an intellectual to a spiritual vibration. The rules for winning have changed dramatically and the majority of the populations are still living with the old rules. There is an enormous number of people in every community who have worked hard and disciplined themselves to follow the only rules they know… still they are losing. They are bewildered, confused and in many cases, angry and most feel their anger is justified, whether it is or not matters little. They are doing what they were taught by their parents and teachers and employers. Unfortunately they too, were working with the old rules.

In the past, individuals were recognized and rewarded for what they knew. Corporations waited on the sidelines dangling monetary rewards attempting to attract the graduates from the big name universities of the world. There were the multi-million dollar MBA management development programs that corporations placed their hope in for years. Most everyone was conditioned to deify the intellect. Individuals were not properly recognized and rewarded for what they did.

Rather than focussing on what is or was wrong, we should let it go. Let the dead bury the dead. The world we live in is gone, forever. The world has changed. We live in the new era. This is a spiritual world governed by exact laws. Everyone who studies these laws and incorporates them into every aspect of their life will be richly rewarded. I believe we would be wise to go back to the promise Eric Hoffer shared, “In times of change, the learners inherit the earth.”

The learners are continually preparing themselves to adapt to the changes. Rather than reacting they are responding to these changes and they are responding in an appropriate manner. The learners are excited with the prospects of what this paradigm shift is bringing.

“Greatness is developed by doing little things in a great way, every day.” In 1903 Wallace D. Wattles shared that wisdom with us in a book he wrote on Greatness. I agree with Wattles. I also believe it helps if you are exposed to great teachers along the way.

Napoleon Hill wrote that it pays to know where to buy knowledge.

Over the past 35 years, I have been truly blessed. When it comes to teachers I have had the best. It would be difficult to name them all. There are however, five people who have a profound impact on my life. These individuals were by any definition, great teachers. They not only possessed a deep understanding of the human personality but through their life’s work, they developed the ability to clearly communicate the beautiful truths, which they so clearly understood. To my good fortune, these great individuals instilled in me a love for learning.

Dr. C. Harry Roder, who is an instructor for and resides at The Concept Therapy Institute in San Antonio, Texas, is one of the five. As I began to write this article I phoned Dr. Roder to thank him for making such a difference in my life. Dr. Roder is the only one of the five individuals who is still here; the other four have all graduated to a higher school of learning.

I explained to Dr. Roder that I was moved to phone him after reading something that was written by Eric Hoffer. Dr. Roder and I had the great pleasure of working with Eric Hoffer 23 years ago.

Dr. Roder is the person who taught me the seven Natural Laws of the universe. I remember how he explained the laws were God’s “modus operandi.” He explained that the universe and everything in it moved in precise order. I am not able to explain how grateful I am to Dr. Roder for what he taught me about the laws 25 years ago. It was his teaching that instilled in me a deep curiosity. I wanted to know how these laws related to my life and me. The seeds of curiosity Dr. Roder sowed turned me into a learner. I will never stop learning. Awareness is what you and I are seeking. You can be, do, or have whatever you want when you become aware of how to be, do, or have what you decide upon.

Blogger. com User - Why Bots Not Indexing Your Blog?

If you host your blog at blogger.com, then this information is crucial for you to know. here’s the news; By default, the following meta tag is inserted into your blog: which is bad because the meta tag directly tell any search engine bots to not indexing your blog. That is INDEED a bad news unless, for some reasons you want your blog to stay invisible!?

Well, this condition only applies if you are using the default templates. If you have rigorously change your template then your blog may not be subjected to this problem. How to make sure of that? Just view your blog’s page source and search for NOINDEX or NOFOLLOW. To view your page source, right click on any blank section on your blog and from the pop-up menu, clik “view page source” if you are using Firefox, or “view source” if you are using Internet Explorer.

If you don’t see any of those two words, good news for you. If you do then here is what you should do;

1. Sign in to your blogger account
2. go to your blog’s layout setting
3. clik at the “Edit HTML” link
4. If you are using classic blogger, delete <$BlogMetaData$>; If you are using the new blogger, delete the line (refer to the picture above)

Once you have done that, don’t forget to press the “save template” button.

Less AdSense Ads - More Money!

After reading the experiment that having less AdSense ads on your site gets you more money, I decided it to give it a try.

I removed the link units from this blog leaving just the 336×280 ad unit below the post title and within a few days my AdSense earnings almost doubled!

I thought my earnings would return back to the usual earnings the next day but it has continued to increase so far. If this increase in my earnings continues, it could be true that having less AdSense ads on your site gets you more money.

Theory

The theory is that sites bid for their ads to be placed on contextually relevant web sites with the highest bidders getting the best adsense spots (the higher the better). If you only show 4 ads in 1 block, then adsense will place the highest 4 bidding advertisers in those spaces netting you the highest profit. The more ads you show, the more lower-bidding advertisers show up on your page that when those get clicked, your cpc becomes lower than it could be if they weren’t on your page to begin with.

With the removal of the link units, this blog also looks a bit cleaner and I won’t lose much visitors for low cost per click.

Try this experiment yourself for a few days and see if it helps you to increase your AdSense earnings too.
